JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms according to Hilton Brand Standards.
· Report any room deficiencies to the Engineering Department.
· Interact with encountered guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
· Follow daily task checklist.
· Maintain linen room cleanliness and orderliness.
· List and calculate linen usage.
· Perform floor checks to verify printed OnQ reports.
· Maintain guest security.
· Deliver lost and found items.
