Your Role Your Responsibilities Handle incoming payments from clients, payments and bank reconciliation Uploading reconciled Bank data to ACON Send reports to Producers associated with Nacora and GFH Accounts Payable reconciliation/ filling and issuing payments to insurance companies, use of multiple insurer's online broker portals Respond to producers and insurance companies calls and email inquiries Create list of billing errors and sending to Dept. Leads, guides and develops the operational activities of multiple
products within an Area with moderate impact on Business Unit results.
Manages the products so that the Area achieves its short- and long-term
financial and operating objectives, as set by the overall regional
business plan. Key Responsibilities: Support Ops supervisor and PM Support existing & new clients Develop the vendors network and coverage Daily interaction with local and global partners Support global network and partners Pricing & operations Accountabilities: Ensure high level service to clients & partners Grow network of vendors a reliable support Increase Profitability Project Logistics Heavy lift and oversized cargoes Cross border International freight forwarding Required experience & skills: Knowledge of local regulations & requirements Experience in Project logistics related to OOG and heavy lift Experience in all modes of transport Ocean, Road, Rail, Air Experience in Cargo Wise platform preferred Experience with cross border trucking General knowledge of import / export formalities and documentation 5+ years of experience leading the operations of multiple projects varying in size and complexity are required Notice to applicants applying to positions in Canada You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
