Description: Duties:- Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar- Provide administrative support– Maintain patient records and update information as needed– Manage office supplies inventory- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners- Familiarity with dental or medical terminology is a plus- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures
