As the Manager, Cross Dock & Warehouse Operations you are responsible for the overall safety, productivity, and efficiency of warehouse operations which includes less-than-truckload (LTL) consolidations and warehousing. The Manager will achieve results through their team of Warehouse and LTL team members by providing hands on leadership support and direction. They will be responsible for a variety of KPIs including Operator Utilization, Level of Service (LOS) monitoring, compliance, inventory accuracy and month end invoicing.
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing customer service, clerical and administrative duties to a number of clients and their customers, ensuring accuracy and complete confidentiality. This individual is accountable for the timely and accurate collection of orders both online and offline with the customer. Routine communication to the client and their customers, in both verbal and written form, is required.
This is an in-office position which requires you to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
