Account Executive
A high-energy Sales Professional who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into
long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry
trends, the sales consultant will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand
their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.

The Account Executive will be working with SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) prospects by handling inbound calls, web-generated leads, and some outbound prospecting.
Successful people will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit
between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client
relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

Job Duties:
  • Present, promote, and sell iContact email services through inbound leads to new and
  • existing clients
  • Probing for needs and recommending complete packages on rate plans, features, and add-ons
  • Perform some prospecting on targeted outbound lists
  • Meeting and/or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Ability to identify and close new sales opportunities and also grow business with existing clients
  • Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Managing and nurturing the sales process from lead to opportunity won
  • Strength in multi-tasking to receive calls at high volumes and responding to live chats
  • Reaching out to warm leads that were abandoned on sign-up or requested callbacks
  • Working with colleagues, and immediate supervisors to ensure that processes are implemented for sales success and client satisfaction

Skills:
  • 2+ years experience in working in a high volume, inbound/outbound call center environment.
  • Strong communication/negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • SaaS, VoIP and/or telecommunications exposure is preferred
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of common sale cycles with experience in prospecting, product demos, and closing tactics
  • Flexibility in work (shift) schedule
