Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
The Account Manager is an experienced sales professional who has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion. Past work experience should be focused on inside sales with emphasis on both inbound and outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a high volume of campaigns maintaining relationships with advertisers and ensuring they are meeting their objectives.
Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
Gain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners
Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
This job is hybrid and located in Mississauga.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or account management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience managing campaigns in any online ad platforms
Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing and advertising
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience using Excel, Salesforce, Google Workspace (including Gmail)
