Job Account Manager in Remote

With massive growth ahead for Case IQ, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to work directly with our constantly growing world-class customers.

In this role (remote-first), your focus in this role will be to create happy customers, provide value, and exceed sales targets by expanding our customers use of our software within their team and across their organization.


What you’ll do

  • To grow your managed portfolio’s book of business:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
    • Expand accounts by identifying opportunities to sell new solutions within other departments
    • Demonstrate our industry leading software to prospects within customer accounts
    • Up-sell upgrades and enhancements to existing customer accounts
  • To improve your managed portfolio’s customer retention:
    • Act as the lead point of contact for our amazing customers
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with some of the world’s largest companies to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders by sharing industry best practices
    • Champion the customer at all levels internally by working with cross-functional teams effectively
    • Manage customer contract renewals and system overages
    • Assist with client requests and escalations when required

Who we’re looking for

  • Coachable and takes initiative to actively seek ongoing constructive feedback
  • Inquisitive and relentless in understanding the WHY and able to effectively communicate through it.
  • Obsessed with being prepared and managing a world-class book of logos with the same level of investment as if it were your own business
  • Strong prioritization skills to execute competing responsibilities
  • Energetic and engaging personality with a positive team player attitude
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management with experience selling to Enterprise customers
  • Bonus if experience exists within the Investigations/HR/Compliance space
  • Highly skilled in the art of asking impactful questions and listening
  • Competitive with a track record of winning - Demonstrated ability to create lasting relationships and exceed sales targets
