What you’ll do

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Enters invoices and ensures that they are processed for payment accurately and in a timely manner while verifying cost and units and vendors are charged back accordingly for discrepancies
  • Identify and problem solve various issues and discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders.
  • Responds to department and vendor requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify and provide suggestions for continuous process improvement.


What you’ll need

To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or other Business-related fields.
  • Intermediate in Excel (Vlookup and basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables, data analysis) working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic analytical skills, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather necessary information and provide good customer service.
  • Interpersonal skills and time management skills including the ability to prioritize a must.
  • Good communication skills including written and verbal (dealing with vendors, business partner etc.).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment/business partnering.
  • Retail experience an asset.
