We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide a vital support role to the hotel leadership team. As such, the successful candidate will have a high regard for privacy, confidentiality and the treatment of sensitive information.

Preference will be given to candidates who have a proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. The successful candidate is a motivated, high performing team player with excellent time management and organization skills, being able to managing competing priorities with ease and diplomacy. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and be a self-starter. Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required. Experience within a hotel setting would be considered an asset.
