Job Administrative Assistant in Chilliwack

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are a positive, people-oriented individual who is looking for a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for advancement then this job is the right one for you! Position available in the Fraser Valley.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting senior and executive leadership team with administrative tasks
  • Manage daily correspondence
  • Maintain written and electronic records
  • Administer and assist in the management of company programs
  • Support client meeting and conference needs
  • Assist with company events
  • Answering phones on multi-line switchboard
  • General duties include: preparing documents, filing, assisting with invoices and accounting functions, data entry and additional administrative service as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience; preferably in the construction industry
  • Natural organizer and able to prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality;
  • Proficient user of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
