Job Administrative Assistant in Chilliwack

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting senior and executive leadership team with administrative tasks
- Manage daily correspondence
- Maintain written and electronic records
- Administer and assist in the management of company programs
- Support client meeting and conference needs
- Assist with company events
- Answering phones on multi-line switchboard
- General duties include: preparing documents, filing, assisting with invoices and accounting functions, data entry and additional administrative service as requested.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience; preferably in the construction industry
- Natural organizer and able to prioritize multiple tasks;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality;
- Proficient user of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
