Job Administrative Assistant in Brentwood Bay

Who We’re Looking For


SeaFirst Insurance is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and client-focused team, providing support to our offices located throughout the Greater Victoria Area.


The successful applicant will possess:


  • A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills that provide a warm and friendly environment for all clients
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • A teamwork mindset while also contributing to a positive team spirit
  • Experience with operating a multi-line phone system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task

The primary responsibility of the person in this position is to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries in-person, by phone, and by email. Other duties may include, and are not limited to:


  • Bank runs and deposits
  • Delegating incoming communication to appropriate departments
  • Processing of outgoing and incoming mail
  • Office supplies ordering
  • Data entry and integrity
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time


Hours of work will fall into the office’s opening hours, however not earlier than 8:00am or later than 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday. This position requires the successful applicant to have a valid driver's license and frequent access to a reliable vehicle; there are no remote opportunities available for this position at this time.
