Who we need:

Our University is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Associate Dean, Business and Program Chair, Bachelor Interior Design. The successful candidate will have a Degree in Business or equivalent. You will support our department heads with various administrative and clerical tasks that relate to the operations and success of these programs within the concord campus.

What you will do:

- Use the digital student information system to ensure class sizes are adhered to.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that students and faculty have access to their courses.
- Continue to facilitate instructor changes as required by different faculties.
- Work with multiple departments to maintain the security and accuracy of student records as required by the authorities concerned.
- Understand, abide by, and apply the university’s academic policies and procedures.
- Other duties and tasks as they are assigned.

What you bring:

You are dedicated to student success and have experience working in a post-secondary environment (e.g. registrars office, student services, career services etc). Preferred qualifications and skills are:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent systems and computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology to records, registration and reports
- Highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively with a digital student information system.
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and clearly by phone, email, and letter with students, staff, and faculty.
- A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
