POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, the incumbent assists the chef and the cooks in their tasks. He/She participates in the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, cuts and peels vegetables or fruit, prepares plates, prepares meal carts and participates in the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen. with the rest of the team.

A schedule from Friday to Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
