TEMPORARY FULL TIME
RECEPTIONIST/CLERICAL ASSISTANT

MANDATE:
Provides reception/clerical support for the Lanark Lodge business office. Prepares and
maintains confidential in-house records, including Lanark Lodge resident files.

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:
Office Administration Diploma with a minimum of one year related experience in an
administrative capacity. Previous work in a long term care facility would be considered an
asset. Ongoing skills upgrading in office software such as word processing, spreadsheet and
database software. Ability to deal diplomatically with inquiries/complaints from residents and
families.

This position is evaluated at Level 3 ($23.57 - $27.03) per hour of the 35 hour 2023 OPSEU
Salary Grid. (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Starting as soon as possible until
approximately August 25, 2023.
