As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing QlikSense dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights and data visualizations to support business decision-making. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members to understand requirements, develop data models, design visualizations, and deliver high-quality QlikSense solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QlikSense dashboards and reports based on business requirements and data analysis needs.
• Create and maintain data models, data connections, and data integrations within QlikSense.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to gather requirements, understand data sources, and translate business needs into effective visualizations.
• Optimize and improve existing QlikSense dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy.
• Conduct data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues, data inconsistencies, and data integrity concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QlikSense data models, visualizations, and data connections.
• Stay updated with the latest QlikSense features, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the development process.
• Collaborate with other IT teams, such as database administrators and business analysts, to ensure smooth data flow and integration across different systems.
• Document and maintain technical documentation, including data models, dashboards, and related development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QlikSense Developer, with strong expertise in developing QlikSense dashboards and reports.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data visualization concepts.
• Proficient in QlikSense desktop and server, including Qlik Sense scripting language (Qlik Sense Expression, Set Analysis, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful visualizations.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques, data visualization best practices, and data quality management.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools, such as Qlik Data Integration (formerly QlikView Expressor), Qlik Replicate, or similar tools, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with other data visualization tools, such as QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is preferred.
