We are looking for an outgoing and professional individual to join our team! This is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Hours: We are looking for a part-time, or full-time, member to join our shuttle team.

Shifts: Must have flexible availability. Schedule will primarily consist of afternoon and weekend shifts, and may include holidays. Morning and overnight availability is also an asset.

Experience/Skills:

  • Valid class 4 license is required, with a clear driver's abstract.
  • Previous transport experience of at least 1 year required.
  • Hotel shuttle experience in particular is an asset.
  • Ability to assist guest's with loading and unloading their luggage (up to 50lbs.)
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, with good time management skills.
  • Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests!

Duties:

  • Pick and drop-off hotel guests at the Calgary International Airport, and local hangars.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle, inside and out.
  • During slow times, assist with public area cleanliness and house person duties.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks of the shuttle bus.
  • Assist with guest requests and questions.
  • Resolve guest issues to the best of your ability.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
  • Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and our services.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.
  • Assist with sanitizing public/staff areas, as required.

Other duties may be required, and can be expanded on during the interview process.

COVID-19: Face masks are optional for both staff and guests inside hotel and shuttle. Regular sanitization of public and common areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-32 per week

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
