What you’ll do


  • You will aid in growing our business with the courage to innovate and embrace change in our business intelligence capabilities and embody the spirited teamwork necessary to support stakeholders across a wide variety of teams
  • You will use data to understand and resolve complex business challenges and provide timely insights
  • You will have many opportunities to facilitate/liaise at all levels within our business as well as associated stakeholders to gather, validate and assess business requirements for projects to achieve a successful, collaborative solution and/or plan of implementation
  • You will make recommendations and assess key business opportunities to drive efficiencies, improve processes, reduce unnecessary customer contacts, and enable agents to increase productivity and quality of customer interactions
  • Have grit! You will use your influence and network to get what you need to deliver solutions

  • You have excellent communication skills and are a storyteller
  • You have strong business analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • You have an extraordinary ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across multiple teams
  • You are able to think outside-of-the-box and implement contrarian ideas to standard practices entrenched in a traditional industry
  • You have expertise in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Excel, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Visio, Looker, Data Studio, BigQuery, SQL)
  • You have an optimal mix of business and technical skills honed in a high performance data driven business
  • You are self-motivated and can take decisive action by assessing risk-adjusted options and prioritization across a multiple of concurrent projects and work streams
  • You have a focus on continuous learning and development across multiple domains including industry best practices, technology trends, and customer experience opportunities

Great-to-have


  • Knowledge in Six Sigma or Agile methodology experience will be considered an asset
  • 2+ years of project management/business analysis knowledge & experience
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment and knowledge will be considered an asset
