Position

Reporting to a Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative is the contact person for all customer requests which must be answered within the required timeframes and according to the customer experience offered at BonLook. The candidate will be working in a stimulating and growing work environment that offers excellent learning and development opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Answer customer requests by phone, email, online chat and at the front desk;

  • Fulfill and process orders created in-store;

  • Place orders by email, online chat, phone and at the front desk;

  • Internal order follow-ups;

  • Help customers choose their perfect glasses via our website;

  • Fill out customer prescription information using our web platforms;

  • Get the customer’s prescription by contacting their optometrists;

  • Participate in the upkeep and improvement of the customer service offered and with systems;

  • Any other related tasks.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a High school diploma;

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;

  • Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken);

  • Excellent writing skills;

  • Autonomy, and initiative;

  • Open mindedness with great social aptitudes, oriented towards teamwork;

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills;

  • Ability to work remotely for the time being due to COVID, i.e. with a reliable internet connection and in a quiet environment.
