About the role
As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing data management support to program data deliverables
- Performing routine duties under Configuration Management and Data Management Control
- Verifying incoming and outgoing secured program data between internal and external organizations
- Providing liaison between various disciplines, verifying accuracy of data prior to and after delivery of documentation
- Ensuring received and generated data contains all appropriate classification markings
- Managing data and information workflows for internal/external transfers and following up on actions
- Being on-site 50% of work week to support data transfers; assisting in media transactions and/or audits
- Acting as an Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO) with respect to the handling of classified documentation
- Working with a geographically diverse employee population and with derivative document classification markings
What you bring to the role
- Diploma and/or degree in Information, Library and/or Records Management or related field; or equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Data Management and/or Records Management experience
- Willing to learn new tools and work with a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines
- Ability to pro-actively interface with team members
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams
- Flexibility and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to drive the work, as required, to ensure that all tasks/deliveries are completed on-time or ahead of schedule
- Clearance Requirement: A clearance is not required upon hire, but the position will require the candidate to obtain and maintain a minimum of a NATO/SECRET clearance.
