Job Data Manager in Remote

TTEC Digital’s Analytics & Insights Practice is looking for a Manager to join our Data Visualization team. This position will lead engagements with our internal and external clients to both analyze and visualize structured and unstructured data.

The successful candidate will possess a keen analytic mind as well as a flair for visual design. They will play a key role in creating visually stunning and effective data visualizations and dashboards. This requires solid experience converting raw data into interactive images and designs that tell a compelling story and aid business decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of client analyses and data visualizations
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively with client and internal teams to identify business and functional requirements
  • Quality control datasets and data models to confirm they meet requirements
  • Ensure that client deliverables are produced on-time and error-free
  • Stay up to date with the data visualization marketplace and new product developments and features
  • Participate in product training and client demos as needed

What you’ll bring to us

  • 5+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
  • Proven skill in visual storytelling
  • Comfortable facilitating discussions and interacting with both business and technical audiences
  • Self-starter, self-educating and self-motivated with an insatiable curiosity
  • Experience in the healthcare payer, contact center analytics, or business intelligence fields preferred
  • Background in data journalist or information design will be a plus
