Job Data Scientist Intern in Calgary

NDAX has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated student to join us as a Data Scientist/ML Intern.

This is an on-site role and we are looking for someone based in Calgary.

This paid position is from May to mid-September 2023 (with potential extension to December), with 8-hour workdays.

Requirements

• Working towards a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or equivalent completed no later than May 2024
• Familiarity with working with Python for ML and data science
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of AI tools for data science like ChatGPT and Copilot
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Great database skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies
• The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
• To be able to start immediately
