Job Delivery Driver V in Edmonton
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain clear daily Logs, (E-logs).
Do pre/post trip daily on equipment, Report any deficiencies.
Operate and maintain trucks/ trailers and delivery equipment in a safe and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Sort and unload Food Products, delivering them with a wheeler into customer locations.
Verify correct product is delivered at every stop.
Maintain good communication with both office, peers and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must have a valid Class 5 license with a clean 3 year commercial abstract dated not more than 30 days prior to interview.
Must have a resent criminal background check
Must be physically fit and able to lift 30-75lbs
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be able to sleep out overnight, when required
Must have an upbeat positive attitude when dealing with customers and peers
Must pass a road test in an automatic Tandem axle Straight truck.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
Must have steel toe (CSA approved) footwear
Must be available to work Monday- Saturday 4-5 days per week
Food service delivery experience considered an asset
Must be able to provide Covid Vaccination record
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $22.00 per hour
