Job Department Manager in Calgary
We are a busy, high volume store, looking for an experienced Retail Department Manager & Supervisors with strong leadership and team building skills.
Prospective candidates will be accountable for:
- Ensuring customer service excellence and providing employee support through effective supervision, coaching and performance management.
- Scheduling of staff and budget responsibilities.
- Ensure quality of store presentation.
- Manage daily departmental operations so as to meet established productivity goals.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Strong Canadian Tire background
- Demonstrated managerial experience
- Ability to provide professional customer service and employee support
- Ability to lead a team to achieve common goals
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Minimum 1 year experience as a retail Manager or Supervisor
