Job Director Regional Sales Management in Toronto
Overview: The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building relationships and supporting sales to achieve agreed upon targets in their designated block of business within the MGA channel.

Duties will include:
- Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business
- Lead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long lasting relationships and servicing existing clients
- Promote products through presentations, seminars and other approaches
- Provide superior service to ensure positive experiences at all times
- Able to generate sales, make the right connections, build relationships, sell our solutions, and support implementation and ongoing services
- Build and execute a sales plan to deliver expected results
- Identify marketing and sales opportunities and best approaches to close sales
- Develop and provide regular sales and product training seminars
- Be the primary contact for escalated support for distributors
- Other duties as required
- Thorough understanding of life insurance business and products
- Skillful communicator and superior presentation skills
- LLQP certification
- High level of integrity
- Effective interpersonal skills
