GFL Environmental is looking for Cube Van Drivers to be based out of our Calgary location!
As a Cube Van Driver, you will perform a range of duties including but not limited to providing customers with high-quality service, daily truck inspections, completing daily routes, and other duties as assigned by their Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Satisfy customer needs for service. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies
Responsible for daily pre and post trip inspections
Complete an assigned daily route as assigned by the Operations Manager
Daily route consists of driving to customer sites (which can be remote), securing bin on truck, emptying bin and returning bin to customer site
Perform driver check-ins at days end to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion
Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner
Follow all protocols while dumping loads at waste facilities
May perform some additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
1-2 years commercial truck driving experience
Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus
Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas
Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of industry an asset
