Job Financial Analyst in Mississauga

Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming payments from clients, payments and bank reconciliation
• Uploading reconciled Bank data to ACON
• Send reports to Producers associated with Nacora and GFH
• Accounts Payable reconciliation/ filling and issuing payments to insurance companies, use of multiple insurer's online broker portals
• Respond to producers and insurance companies calls and email inquiries
• Create list of billing errors and sending to Dept. Managers monthly
• Producer commission reconciliation, payments and e-mailing reports
• Provide Accounting information to association
• Submit month end reports to parent company accounting
• Support Accounting Manager in month end conversion data from SIG to ACON
• Learn the process of data conversion to become backup for Manager
• Help prepare accounting forecasts and analysing the variances

Your Skills and Experiences

• Experience in Accounting Department of insurance brokerage
• College or university Accounting Degree
• CPA designation is beneficial
