Job Front Desk Agent in Calgary
You will be the face of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Airport Calgary by assisting guests in person and over the phone, all while providing an exception Guest Experience!

In this position, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Process telephone calls while multi-tasking;
- Take/Cancel/Change room reservations;
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms;
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services;
- Provide information about services available in the community;
- Process guests' departures, handle all billing and payment requirements;
- Maintain cleanliness of Front Desk, Lobby and common areas (mop & sweep floors, vacuum carpets, empty garbage)
- Complete required paid training.
As well as the following Night Auditor duties :
- Run Nightly Audit (11pm-7am);
- Deliver Express Check-out Receipts;
- Set up/tear down Meeting Rooms (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs);
- Prep Breakfast for the morning;
- Restock/refresh coffee station;
- Test and Open Pool/Hot Tub in Morning;
- Maintain cleanliness of Front Desk, Lobby and common areas (Mop/Sweep floors, vacuum carpets, empty garbage)
- Check-in late arrivals/ Check-out early departures;
- Answer phone and assist guests;
- Enter/Verify Wake Up calls.

Salary: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
