Job Front Desk Agent in Calgary

You will be the face of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Airport Calgary by assisting guests in person and over the phone, all while providing an exception Guest Experience!

In this position, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process telephone calls while multi-tasking;
  • Take/Cancel/Change room reservations;
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms;
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services;
  • Provide information about services available in the community;
  • Process guests' departures, handle all billing and payment requirements;
  • Maintain cleanliness of Front Desk, Lobby and common areas (mop & sweep floors, vacuum carpets, empty garbage)
  • Complete required paid training.

As well as the following Night Auditor duties :

  • Run Nightly Audit (11pm-7am);
  • Deliver Express Check-out Receipts;
  • Set up/tear down Meeting Rooms (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs);
  • Prep Breakfast for the morning;
  • Restock/refresh coffee station;
  • Test and Open Pool/Hot Tub in Morning;
  • Maintain cleanliness of Front Desk, Lobby and common areas (Mop/Sweep floors, vacuum carpets, empty garbage)
  • Check-in late arrivals/ Check-out early departures;
  • Answer phone and assist guests;
  • Enter/Verify Wake Up calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
