Job Front Desk Agent in Calgary

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager the Hotel Front Desk Agent will be required to provide exceptional customer service at all times , perform basic front desk duties such as answering hotel phone and completing check in and out procedure and also assist with serving the guest at the bar/restaurant as needed.

Adhere to front desk policies and procedures , managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, driving hotel shuttle as needed

Hotel Front desk experience is a must

Knowledge with Micros/ Opera PMS is considered an asset

Must be flexible and willing to work weekends/ weekdays , 7am -330pm and 3pm-11.30pm shift including STAT Holidays and 2 overnight /night audit shift

Must be able to obtain Proserve Certification .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.25 per hour
