Job Front Desk Agent in Montague
Rodd Brudenell River Resort is looking for a friendly service oriented person to join our Front Desk team
A Front Desk Agent ensures customers receive the best service possible from the property. They provide customers with their requested room, address their needs, and resolve any complaints they may have throughout their stay. Other duties and responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent may include:
- Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome
- Recording client information in the company’s guest book or internal database and directing them to their designated rooms
- Receiving calls, conducting room reservations, and verifying existing bookings
- Processing customer payments and presenting them with the bill upon check-out
- Assisting guests who request additional services including dinner reservations, information on surrounding area and retreat activities
- Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
Qualifications:
- Have a high quality for of standards for service and be guest focused
- ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy and cooperativeness
- have a valid work permit and currently living in Prince Edward Island
- have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
This position is until mid-october and there is opportunity to work at one of our year round properties in Charlottetown during the offseason.
