Job Title: Front of the House Manager
Location: Queen West Village Toronto
We are looking for a Front of the House Manager at a gastropub. As the Front of the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

About You:
· Minimum 4 solid years of experience as a server in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably with experience coaching and developing staff.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to work up to 60 hours a week (40 hours during low season)
Responsibilities:
· Manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and ordering to ensure that all operations are efficient and profitable.
· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support the company's overall objectives.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
· Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
· Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion.
· Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
