POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The warm residence Le Havre de l'Estuaire is happy to welcome autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. We are currently looking for a heavy maintenance worker to be part of our dynamic team!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate superior or pertaining to their duties

Construction

• Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises

Food Services

• Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
