About your team
Within the Global Digital Business Intelligence (GDBI) team works across multiple business channels to ensure we understand customer behaviour in order to deliver a superb digital customer experience. The team is global in scope, covering an ever-increasing number of Fidelity’s digital properties, with customers in the B2C, B2B and B2B2C worlds. The Platform Enablement team within the GDBI team has a focus on all things implementation where we implement our various Digital Analytics solutions utilised by the wider team and business.
About your role
Working with colleagues in the digital, product and technology teams, this enablement role provides critical support for the customer experience implementation lead across multiple businesses.

Robust, tested and optimized implementations of the core toolset allow the digital team and associated business units to understand, report and act on customer insights from digital data, allowing us to obtain a comprehensive view of performance across our global digital experiences.

This key role will work to help deliver end to end tracking for our measurement / optimization toolset, from implementing tags to testing and validation of the data and technology. A key focus of the role will be to help investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues as we accelerate our deployments worldwide.

Fidelity are also significantly scaling out our test and learn program, so this role will also provide close support to the team to ensure that tests can be set up rapidly and delivered at increased pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing development of Fidelity’s global customer experience measurement & optimization strategy
  • Work closely with multiple project / optimization teams to ensure correct implementation
  • Help maintain, update and improve documentation as a critical business resource
  • Ensure implementation QA testing is completed to support delivery across multiple business channels
  • Monitor data and tag quality
  • Use standards-based approach to support increased pace and scale of tracking deployments
  • Proactively review existing systems and processes
  • User setup / management on Adobe and permissions admin
  • Work with and support business teams in helping them optimise their use of the Adobe toolset
About you
  • At least 2 - 3 years of implementation experience
  • Strong time management skills to plan and work across global teams
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools including:
- Analytics experience - Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Tag Management experience - Ensighten, Adobe Launch/DTM, Tealium or GTM
  • Good knowledge of client-side JavaScript, with experience of debugging using browser-based developer tools
  • Good knowledge of HTML and JSON
  • Exposure to single-page-apps using React, Angular or similar frameworks
  • A curious analytical/commercial mindset to understand our measurement optimisation strategy and help educate the business
  • Strong communication skills to work closely with the Global Digital Business Intelligence team and other global stakeholders

Nice to have:
  • Exposure to Adobe Target and Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Customer session tools (Decibel Insight or similar)
  • API experience (help integrating with other tools)
  • Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience of server side tracking methodologies
