We’re actively looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team!!


What will I do?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will assist in developing new business for PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd. through actively cold/warm calling prospective clients.


Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Source new sales opportunities by generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings (leads are provided).
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
  • Maintain the database of prospective client information

What we need from you:

  • Previous B2B cold calling experience is an asset
  • Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls daily
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Other Details

  • Must be punctual and successfully complete two (2) weeks of PACE University paid training program, held virtually.
