Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time permanent General Laborer to join its vibrant team. Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Mont’s core values: Quality, Flexibility and Innovation.

Work schedule:

Day Shift (5:30am to 5:30pm) OR Night Shift (5:30pm – 5:30am)

The shifts go as follows: rotation between 4 crews, in each Department

• Week 1 -work Monday, Tuesday, Off – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Work – Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2 – Off Monday, Tuesday, Work – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Off – Saturday Sunday

Rotate between each week.

As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics, the main responsibilities will consist of the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and upkeep of the yard or designated plant.
• Sweeping/ Vacuuming inside & outside
• Garbage removal
• Refilling supplies when required
• Use of basic hand tools is an asset (Drills, Nail Guns, Air hoses)
• Use of small machinery is an asset (Skid steer, Forklift, JLG lift)
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Required Qualifications:

• Must clear background check
• Have a valid class 5 driver’s License.
• Ability to work/stand for long hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in any weather condition
• Be meticulous, organized, and autonomous.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
