Job Description


How You’ll Make an Impact:

Reporting to the Manager, Support Services, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of Logistics operations included but not limited to:

  • Provide direction, supervision and leadership to front line employees, including client employees
  • Source and order products; prepare reports on same, including coordination of product recalls and/or sources replacement supply items
  • Perform audits and provide results / recommendations as needed
  • Monitor shipping and receiving for site
  • Supervise and monitor work assignments ensuring client needs and expectations are met in accordance with contracts.
  • Work closely with vendors and clinical staff to ensure constant communications and appropriate inventory levels as well as building relationships with suppliers/vendors.


Qualifications


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years logistics experience in a healthcare environment
  • 3 years’ previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Familiarity with Citrix and McKesson is an asset
  • Proficient with MS Office
