Position Overview:

The Packaging Line Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation of our packaging line, ensuring the timely and accurate packaging of our products according to established guidelines. This is a Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday position (11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) where overtime is available if required.

Please find the key responsibilities of the Packaging Line Operator as follows:

• Operate and monitor the packaging line, including but not limited to filling, capping, labeling, and packing of products.
• Ensure proper operation of packaging equipment and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
• Performing quality control checks on finished productions.
• Verify the accuracy of product weights, counts, and labels.
• Complete the necessary production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhere to established safety and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

An ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocation training in food manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Packaging Line Operator role or similar.
• Elementary proficiency in the English language (read/speak/write/understand).
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or at different locations as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.
