Required immediately, our Regina Branch is seeking a In-Home Sales Consultant for the Regina Area!

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or the hospitality industry is ideal
- 1-2 years Sales or direct Kitchen & Bath sales experience an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good math skills, with solid understanding of fractions and measurements
- Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft office products and ability to learn other software programs
- Able to approach situations with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and clear criminal record check
- Availability including evenings and Saturdays
- Able to follow a structured sales process
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete typically 10 sales consultations per week either in the customers home or at the showroom. Appointments are set by the local branch.
- Follow our prescribed and proven sales approach
- Educate customers thoroughly about FLOFORM products, installation process, product care, and warranty information
- Assist customers in the selecting of product/color/material
- Take measurements and providing accurate, prompt price quote to homeowner
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalating complaints to supervisor as required
- Communicate with the support team to ensure smooth transition from order placement to product installation
- Actively seek opportunities to network and build relationships to promote business relationships
- Must be able to lift 30-60lbs occasionally
