Your Role
A hands-on administrative role, you’ll report directly to the Controller and be responsible for supporting the delivery of front- and back-office shared services. The ideal candidate be a competent multi-tasker, deadline driven, and thrive on variety. Confident and pro-active, you’ll seek to understand needs, deliver on wants efficiently, and always look to develop and improve administrative processes to increase effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all front-office activities including:

  • answering telephones,
  • managing couriers,
  • ordering office and construction sites supplies,
  • managing office service providers,
  • general office up-keep including a weekly safety office walk-around

Assist with operations support activities including

  • arranging travel,
  • meetings and events logistics,
  • correspondence support,
  • updating master files for the business operations,
  • formatting PowerPoint presentations or proposals
  • staff/office event coordination (Christmas party, Townhall meetings)
  • ad hoc administrative project support
  • data entry

Maintain and deliver online social media presence for the company’s website, LinkedIn, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years in office administration, preferably in a technical, field-based business
  • Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Office Suite Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organization skills
