As an Business Development Manager, you are a self-starter, – highly motivated, have a hunter mentality and are someone who will acquire new business by serving private-sector companies. You are creative, resilient, passionate about learning and about exceeding sales goals. Ideally you have some "Inbound/Outbound” B2B sales experience. You have a track record of success and have developed the ability to deliver strong results by leveraging your excellent communication skills, funnel management expertise and commitment to ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

You are focused on finding real solutions for customers by leveraging our core Business products (Mobility, Business Security Services, Fleet Services, Business Connect (VOIP Service) so that Business Owners can stay focused on growing their business.

How you will succeed:

● Acquiring new small business accounts via outbound sales campaigns

● Making 40+ calls per day to outbound sales prospects to generate opportunities and build a robust pipeline

● Managing a full sales cycle, from cold calling/prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new clients

● Delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building strong relationships, and influencing decision makers

● Actively listening to customers, completing needs analyses, and quickly identifying and recommending solutions to fit their current needs and future plans

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 per year
