Your responsibilities

  • Organizes and allocates resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.
  • Responds to resource issues as necessary.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors utilized for production needs.
  • Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
  • Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
  • Equipment and facilities
  • Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
  • Oversee Forklift and overhead crane repairs and yearly inspections.
  • Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
  • Ensure collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including engineering, applications, production and purchasing.
  • Monitor quality standards of products and processes being utilized.
  • Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Participate in JHSC meeting to ensure initiatives are implemented.
  • Critical line issues
  • Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
  • People leadership and development
  • Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
  • Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Your background

  • Minimum 10 Years of experience.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution management.
  • Sound knowledge of production techniques, processes and philosophies.
  • Previous production and manufacturing experience.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt.
