Note: Candidate must be comfortable working 3 days a week from Toronto downtown office location.
Job Description:
Overall 6+ years of IT QA experience.
QA testing using Python/ROBOT frame work.
Experience in good exp. in Python automation as the test automation framework used in Cognizant is python based.
Should have experience in designing Robot Framework (keyword driven framework).
Experienced in building, customizing and maintaining the automation framework
Hands on experience in automating web based API and database centric applications.
Should have extensive working experience in functional testing of all components of web desktop and mobile applications comprising black box smoke system and regression testing.
Good exp. in Webservice Testing/REST API/SOAPUI/Rest-Assured API automation.
Most of the test scenarios related data comparison, hence the candidate should have a knowledge on SQL queries.
Create test strategy, identify test scenarios create, review test plan and identify risks and take corrective actions.
Experienced in Continuous Integration setup for automated build verification.
Good QA tracking tools exposure(ALM/JIRA)
Experience in Unix commands for files processing and running scripts.
Should have Strong data analysis, data verification and problem solving abilities.
Familiarity with banking domain.
