You will
  • Deliver on our company values, such as Teamwork, Results and Passion
  • Answer incoming calls (using Microsoft Teams)
  • Greet and direct all visitors
  • Manage boardroom bookings
  • Coordinate/distribute all incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and faxes
  • Maintain kitchen, copier rooms and office supply inventory
  • Reconcile courier and supplier invoices
  • Update telephone contact directory and mobile phone list
  • Be assigned ad-hoc administrative tasks

You have
  • One to three years of office administrative experience
  • A strong command of the English language (both verbal and written)
  • An outgoing and professional demeanor, with a sense of humour!
  • Strong competency in Outlook, Excel and Word with keyboarding skills of at least 50 wpm
  • The ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Real estate industry experience or awareness (an asset)
