Counter Sales Associate
Carrier Enterprise Canada is currently accepting internal and external applications for the position of Counter Sales Associate
CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for a Counter Sales Associate in our Edmonton North Sales Centre.
Reporting to Sales Centre Manager
Location: Edmonton North, AB
The Opportunity
· Provide top quality service to our customers
· Handle customer calls and inquiries
· Quote prices to customers
· Process customer orders over the counter and telephone
· Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves
· Merchandise and inventory maintenance
· Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving
What You Offer
· Front counter or inside sales experience preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Positive attitude and customer service oriented
· Computer literate
· Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program
