Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Overview: Self driven sales professional with 8-10 years of experience who has led teams in the past. Experience of Concept Sales, HR and Payroll will be an added advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Profit Centre Head
2. Design and Implement Market strategy for success and growth.
3. Sales and Marketing Budgeting and Implementation.
4. Set up meetings with prospects.
5. Meet prospects and close sales.
6. Deliver preassigned targets.
7. Lead a team of 2-3 executives.
8. Target distribution and monitoring the performance of Executives.
9. Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
10. Planning and implementation of Advertisement over various channels (Radio, TV, Kiosk, Billboards, Outlets etc)
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. Languages skills desired are communication in English, French, Hindi & Punjabi
Remuneration: Base Salary for CAD 3000 PM + Bonus on Sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $31.32-$49.74 per hour
