Job Sales Coordinator in Toronto

Reporting to the Director of Sales for the Mark Anthony Wine & Spirits Atlantic team, the Sales Coordinator based out in our Toronto office will be responsible for providing support the Atlantic's Regional Team. The Sales Coordinator will support the Key Account Managers in the new listing application process with customers and will ensure the field sales teams have the necessary tools to succeed in role including monthly reports, price lists and sell sheets.

What You'll Do

Sales Support

  • Provide support to Management Team & Field Sales Representatives in their region
  • Provide monthly sales (push/burst) reports to their regional Team
  • Run weekly OTCs from SOD sight & distribute.
  • Create/manage monthly production of retail POS tools (price cards, sell sheets)
  • Create menus, feature cards, table insert and also print if possible
  • Organize samples for products currently listed for regional Team
  • Update GL price list
  • Assist in the planning of sales meetings
  • Work with Trade Marketing to create/update product profiles for all SKUs
  • Order ad hoc POS for regional Team
  • Facilitate the transfer of selling tools to regional team
  • Coordinate staffing and execution for all approved events (internal/external)

Liquor Board Channel

  • Manage the regional liquor board’s new listing process (NISS apps, SCEs, LEXAMs, Quote letters, Compliance letters, Sample Submission)
  • Liaise with Corporate Account Manager to ensure all samples and complete paperwork is delivered to the regional liquor board within specified deadlines
  • Set up new listings within the internal pricing/product database
  • Maintain and track all new listing documents
  • Request samples for all regional liquor board new listing applications
  • Clear samples from customs
  • Manage label compliance through understanding the Canadian label standards

New Supplier On-Boarding

  • Work with Corporate Account Manager to gather authorization letters for submission to regional liquor boards

Programming

  • Manage promotional applications & calendars (MPTS)
  • Maintain and track all promotional applications
  • DOC applications – apply when all DM approvals have been sent from Sales Managers
  • Strategically apply for all regional liquor board tastings and special events

Do you have what it takes?

Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or related
  • 2+ years of administration experience.

Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced computer skills (excel, publisher, adobe).
  • Very well organized.
  • Proven time management skills (prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines).
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
