Job Sales Development Representative in Remote

Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in the Toronto area, working in hours that align with ET.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support our sales efforts in North America. The SDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the region.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in North America through various channels, including outbound outreach, emails, social media, and other creative approaches.

  • Lead Generation: Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities by conducting research, understanding customer needs, and effectively articulating the value proposition of Apply Digital’s services.

  • Sales Engagement Support: Support the sales team by engaging with prospective clients in a consultative manner, building relationships, understanding their pain points, and positioning Apply Digital as a trusted digital transformation partner.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, including sales team members and project managers, to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, update records, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives, including participating in sales meetings, preparing sales materials, and providing feedback on market trends and customer insights.


  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the digital services or technology industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and clients.

  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to research, identify, and qualify leads.

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software.

  • Knowledge of the North American market and experience selling into that region is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
