Job Sales Development Representative in Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support our sales efforts in North America. The SDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in North America through various channels, including outbound outreach, emails, social media, and other creative approaches.
Lead Generation: Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities by conducting research, understanding customer needs, and effectively articulating the value proposition of Apply Digital’s services.
Sales Engagement Support: Support the sales team by engaging with prospective clients in a consultative manner, building relationships, understanding their pain points, and positioning Apply Digital as a trusted digital transformation partner.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, including sales team members and project managers, to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, update records, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives, including participating in sales meetings, preparing sales materials, and providing feedback on market trends and customer insights.
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the digital services or technology industry.Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
Strong prospecting skills with the ability to research, identify, and qualify leads.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software.
Knowledge of the North American market and experience selling into that region is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
