What will you do?

  • Provide strategic direction, business planning, and implements measures to ensure success of residential HVAC program
  • Manage sales team to meet individual and team objectives
  • Managing sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
  • Identification of recruitment needs
  • Direct sales team through effective training and coaching.
  • Partner with Service and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for technicians and installers
  • Developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation
  • Identifying and developing growth strategies to launch in new geographical territories
What do you bring?

  • Business degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5-10 years of sales and marketing leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Possess innovative market development skills
  • Results-oriented; high capacity to achieve high level of individual performance and team performance by focusing on targets and objectives
