Job Description


You’ll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical where we’ve brought together our Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness business to form a single, global vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

We offer market-leading software products like Mariana Tek, TrueCoach, Clubware, Resamania and Triib as well as Commerce Accelerating Technologies like Connect (Brandbot) and Insights (Intellihub) to gyms, health clubs, leisure, parks & recreation centers.

Reporting into General Manager - Coach, you’ll manage a team of Account Executives to deliver ambitious new sales targets. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Drive day to day execution across your team to help them achieve their individual targets
  • Track and report KPI's for all AE's including pipeline activity
  • Lead the team to achieve sales quotas
  • Coach, manage and develop a team of AE's including reviewing sales performance
  • Proactively drive new lead generation and ensure pipeline is adequate for sales quotas
  • Regularly review product demos, provide feedback and guidance to increase close ratio

Location: In this position, you can work from home 100% in the USA or Canada

The average base salary pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.

This position is eligible for commission.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Intentionality with providing impact and influence while removing roadblocks for sales people
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ team quota achievement as a sales leader
