Shifts premiums:
  • We offer a 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked outside your 8:30am-5:00pm.
  • An additional 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked on weekends
Department flex hours: Our dynamic sales teams support primarily weekends and extend full coverage work hours throughout the week as described below.
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm ;
  • Saturday & Sunday 9am - 6pm (Primary work hours)
SALES AND CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AT FAIRSTONE
Your role within the Centralized Lending team is vital to Fairstone’s commitment to be best-in-class service for our customers, as our clients are at the center of everything we do. You will support internal and external partners with a variety of services and sell loan products through inbound, outbound calls and digital channels.

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Handle all customer inquiries and applications coming through our different marketing channels, inbound, outbound, and digital channel.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs while exercising discretion and confidentiality
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting financial solutions and completing application on loan processes in a compliant manner
  • Servicing existing customers by reviewing accounts and available products
Support various corporate strategic initiatives as needed by:
  • Adjusting daily work activities to support the requirements of company initiatives
  • Adapting to meet unique process flows, scheduling, expectations, technology, etc.
  • Providing feedback to test, learn and refine processes/technology
WE REQUIRE
  • High school diploma or equivalent, a business or finance related post-secondary education is an asset
  • No experience in sales or customer service necessary, but experience is an asset
  • Must have excellent French communication skills in both written and verbal and strong business communication abilities in English.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Adapts easily to new technology as required
  • Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere with strong sense of ethics!
