Job Sales Representative in North York

SALES EXECUTIVE

iNCOM – a leading provider of real estate IDX websites and digital marketing solutions for thousands of Real Estate professionals in North America is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive.

The Sales Executive will focus on acquiring new clients as well as working with existing clients on growing the service offering in the North American market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, contact, qualify and develop new prospects.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting, deliver demonstrations of the system and consistent follow up.
  • Create a strategic plan to develop and achieve quotas.
  • Servicing and retaining accounts by addressing ongoing customer needs.
  • Attending regularly scheduled sales meetings.
  • Utilizing and maintaining calling and prospecting activity reporting using the Account Management System.
  • Attending on-site client presentations and trade shows.
  • Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills.

MUST-HAVES

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sales & Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong client prospecting and account management skills.
  • College or University degree.
  • Web savvy/knowledge of internet marketing.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Self-discipline, excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding team spirit.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Knowledge of the North American Real Estate Industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing, i.e. Google & Facebook Ads, PPC, Remarketing

Salary: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
